Welcome to Gîtes de Juliane 🌲! Come and discover our accommodation, completely new and fully equipped to welcome you in the heart of the highest village in Alsace (850 m above sea level). You can enjoy the calm of this place, the view of the forests 🌳, the coolness ❄️ in summer ☀️, access to the spa 🫧 (shared/access during private time slots), and all the attractions of our beautiful region 🍻🥨🍷! And if you love nature 🌿 and hiking 🥾, this is the perfect place 👌 The space This brand new apartment for 4 people is composed of: - an entrance hallway with a wall closet containing a washer-dryer; - a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, 4-burner induction cooktop, microwave, built-in fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine) open to a dining area 🍽️ and a living area 🛋️; - a master bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed🛏️, a built-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with shower🚿, sink and toilet; - A second bedroom with 2 90x190 cm single beds that can be arranged either separately or pushed together to form a 180x190 cm double bed, a built-in closet, and a shower and sink open to the bedroom; - a separate toilet, Tastefully decorated and carefully furnished, we have made every effort to ensure that you have all the comforts you need during your stay and that you feel "right at home." Towels and linens are provided, and the beds will be made upon your arrival so all you have to do is put your bags down! It is fully self-contained. The ➕ of our accommodation: 🌟 Amenities equivalent to 4-star listed furnished tourist accommodation, 🌟 You have air conditioning ❄️ in all rooms (living room and both bedrooms), and underfloor heating for greater comfort! 🌟 Self check-in (no personalized welcome) and flexible: you can check in from 4 p.m., and there is no time limit. 🌟 Access to the shared outdoor space 🪴, which is furnished to enjoy the beautiful days ☀️, 🌟 Access to the shared hot tub 🫧 via a private 1.5-hour slot per day between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. (booking required). It is open year-round! 🌟 Evening catering service 🍽️: You can enjoy the delicious hot dinner baskets from our neighbors, Saveurs d'Aubure, while staying comfortably in your accommodation (closed on Wednesday and Sunday evenings). They also offer a breakfast option 🥞🥖☕️🥐 (advance booking recommended). 🌟 Customized wellness massages provided by our neighbor, MASS'ANGE 💆‍♀️💆‍♂️, 🌟 A fondue set 🫕, a raclette set and a crepe party set are available for your evenings with family or friends. 🌟 2 charging stations for electric or hybrid vehicles ⚡️ (fee: 30 cents/kWh). Guest access 🔸The apartment is located on the 1st floor (of 2) of a building that we are completely renovating (independent access via a staircase). The renovation of this floor was our second phase of work, which took place between August 2023 and December 2024. There is still plenty to do, so please bear with us. ☺️ 🔸 In winter ❄️ (November 1 to March 31), special equipment (snow tires, all-season tires, chains or snow socks) is strongly recommended in the event of snowfall. Other things to note ⭐️ Self check-in (no personalized welcome) and flexible: you can check in from 4 pm, and there is no time limit! ⭐️ Want to extend your stay and enjoy the hot tub on your departure day? Choose the "late check-out" option (2 pm instead of 10 am) for €20! ⭐️ Access to the spa 🫧 is by reservation. It is shared with other guests, but accessible during a private time slot of 1.5 hours/day between 10 am and 10 pm, all year round! A wellness area is currently being created and will open in a few months. ⭐️ Evening catering service 🍽️: Take advantage of direct prices from our neighbors, Saveurs d'Aubure, who offer hot dinner baskets ready to eat (hot main course, salad, dessert + bread) for €24 per person – prepared with care, using fresh or local products, to be picked up at their premises (delivery available for €6). A menu is prepared weekly. Their food is delicious ^^ (Closed Wednesday and Sunday evenings) ⭐️ Breakfasts 🥞🥖🥐 ☕️: You can also order breakfast from Saveurs d'Aubure for €12 per person. It includes: 1 hot drink, 1 orange juice, 1 pastry, bread, butter, jam, 1 fruit salad. ➡️ We strongly advise you to order your dinner baskets and/or breakfasts in advance. ⭐️ Fancy a wellness massage or a personalized body treatment during your stay? Angéline welcomes you to her home, located a few meters from ours, for a relaxing time (Rates: 1 hour = €60 / 1 hour 30 minutes = €90). Ask us for her contact details for more information or to make an appointment! ⚠️ The additional services offered in addition to your stay (dinner baskets, breakfasts, massages) are provided by external and independent service providers. Their availability may therefore vary depending on their days off, exceptional closures, etc. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible if any of these services are not available during your stay. 👉 If you would like to take advantage of one of these services, we recommend that you check its availability with the relevant service provider before confirming your booking with us. Thank you for your understanding ☺️ ⭐️ Aubure is a small village with fewer than 400 inhabitants, and we have only one store: the bar/grocery store "Chez Marinette", a very warm and friendly place where you can discuss your stay over a drink 🍻🍷🥨, but also find basic necessities, bread, pastries, the tasty cookies 🍪 from L'Atelier du Biscuit-Cui and the delicious pastries 🍰 from Saveurs D'Aubure, and plenty of other local and Breton products ^^ For larger purchases 🛒, you will have to go to Ribeauvillé (15 min). ⭐️ You may come across our 3 dogs 🐶: Maia, Ulka (Maia's daughter), 2 Samoyed females, and Gibbs, a Border Collie. All 3 are playful and love to be petted.
