Luxury Three Bedroom House With Private Hot Tub

The Town House at Muntham offers guests an enormous amount of space and luxury with at least 118 square meters of living space inside plus private terrace & gardens outside with private hot tub. Laid out over 3 floors this self contained accommodation has a kitchen & diner at the lower level, a large living room, study, & formal dining room on the next level & three bedrooms & two bathrooms on the top floor. We accept one well behaved adult dog (fees apply). The space The town house underwent a massive refurbishment throughout the early summer of 2016 and again in 2022 and offers guests a wonderful experience. There is massive amounts of space so families or friends travelling together can spread out and enjoy a relaxing break. Around the townhouse are original works of art, antiques and curios that are sure to intrigue delight and amuse. At garden level is the kitchen / diner where five can sit comfortably. This bright modern space has the added benefit of direct access onto the terrace and garden beyond making alfresco dining an absolute breeze. We supply a complimentary welcome pack of teas, coffees and milk etc. A stair case leads to the level above where there is a formal dining room and a study area featuring the works of local writer and crime fiction mega star Agatha Christie. On the same level is the chic sitting room with its original shutters now restored and in full use. This room has two sofas and an armchair where five people can relax in comfort. There is also a large Smart TV with built in DVD player. During their stay, guests are welcome to make use of the owners' own DVD collection or log on to your own personal Netflix account. On the floor above are the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with luxury pocket sprung mattress. It has a flat screen TV and has distant sea views. It has a spacious shower room ensuite with large shower. The second bedroom has a super king bed that can be split to create two single beds on request. It overlooks the front of the property and has large built in storage. This bedroom also has a flat screen TV. The third bedroom is a sweet single bedroom. All bedding and towels are included in the rate and for guests staying more than seven nights we offer a complimentary bedding and towel change as well as light clean. There is also a family bathroom with shower and separate bath. We supply guests with a complimentary welcome pack of toiletries. Outside the townhouse benefits from its own private terrace with newly installed luxury hot tub and private garden both of which are wonderful sun traps in the summer. We are delighted to accept well behaved pets on request. There is a charge of £20 per pet per visit which we ask is paid at the property on arrival. We also ask that pets are never left unattended in the property. There are two parking spaces for guests of the town house with further parking on the road immediately outside the property. This is unrestricted. Guests with electric vehicles also have access to two EV charging points. Guest access Apart from the full access to the townhouse, guests also have access to the grounds that surround the building and to the conservatory at the front of the building. We also have a communal laundry room where we have coin operated washers and dryers. We supply complimentary detergent. There are also ironing facilities here too. There are two parking spaces for the town house. There is also plenty of additional on street parking immediately outside the property and this is not subject to any restrictions nor charges. Guests with electric cars have access to the two EV charging points in the car park at the property. Other things to note We do not accept bookings from groups or parts of groups such as stags, hens or young farmers. The house can not be used for parties or gatherings - will regard any such booking as having been made in breach of our terms and therefore null and void. For guests bringing pets this is on request - we do ask that all flea and worm treatments as well as all vaccinations are up to date. We request that pets are not left unattended in the property and can assist with dog sitting (subject to availability). There is an additional fee for pets. Please note that we have a limit of 2 dogs per visit at the property and guests are fully responsible for them including for any damage they might cause. We ask that dogs are kept on leads in public shared areas of the property. Unlike other properties we do not charge a cleaning fee but do ask that the kitchen is left as found with all washing up put away on departure please.
