Comfortable and charming apartment overlooking the ocean. Quiet and family atmosphere. It has a queen size bed and a single bed in the corridor area that also functions as a sofa. To relax there is also a hammock and enough space to do yoga or meditate. There is a small table ideal for working on a computer. The kitchen is well equipped. The entire space is protected with mosquito netting, it is cool and shaded. Full bathroom integrated into the house with hot water. The space The property has an apartment next to the road, the apartment in this ad, and my house, which is just above. There is only one common entrance for the three but the homes are fully independent and private. There is a lot of garden between one and the other. Guest access The outdoor patio has 2 hammocks, a clothesline area and a barbecue. Its use is shared by my family. Access to the laundry area has an extra cost to be discussed at the time and depends on your needs and my availability. Other things to note The accommodation is just a 5-minute walk from the beach and the restaurant and commercial business area. It is ideal for getting around by public transport to Mazunte or Zipolite. Because it is close to the road, you can hear the noisy motorcycles and trucks, and because it is so close to the sea, you can hear the thunder of the waves.
