Haven of peace opposite Mont Valier 2838 m

Our little hamlet made up of three houses and three barns is located 800 m above sea level in the heart of the Ariège Pyrenees Regional Natural Park. Surrounded by meadows where graze cows, horses and woods, this small hamlet is located on a small sunny plateau which overlooks the Garbet valley and just opposite the majestic Mont Valier emblematic summit of Couserans. Our houses in natural stone, wood and slate have been restored with a lot of love and work for thirty years. Lots of involvement also for the large flower garden. Our ecological commitment allows the local flora and fauna to find refuge in Anilac. We have many birds that nest here, lizards that bask in the sun, salamanders that show up after the rain, squirrels that jump from tree to tree, sometimes we can even see one or two eagles flying over Anilac, the deer show themselves rather in the fall, orchids proliferate in the spring, etc. In the houses you will find all modern comforts, even wi-fi .....
