The house is a small oasis in the greenery, surrounded by about 1000 m2 of garden, fenced, typically Ligurian, with bands and stone walls, shaded by olive trees and mimosas. The outdoor space, with the large Luserna stone terrace, is perfect for relaxing, reading and eating outdoors. The sea and mountains are just a few minutes away by car. The upper floor is the space at your disposal (and includes a large tiered garden), while the lower floor is another small independent accommodation. The entrance is shared, while the garden (upper part) is for exclusive use. You can park your car right in front of the gate. Guest access Please note that the entrance is shared with guests downstairs, while the terrace and garden are for exclusive use. Other things to note Our facility is pet-friendly, so dogs and cats are welcome as long as they are well-behaved and sleep on their cushions, not on the bed :).
