The spacious and modern cottage "Lichada View" is located in the picturesque village of Lichada, on the slope of a hill next to the forest, near the square and the village church. It has magnificent panoramic views of the Euboean Gulf, the mountains of Fthiotida and Lichadonisia. It offers unforgettable moments for vacation, relaxation and tranquility to you and your company. The surrounding area is ideal for beautiful walks and hiking in the nearby forest. The space The available cottage is developed on 2 levels – ground floor, 1st floor and attic. It has 3 bedrooms (1 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor). In each bedroom, there is 1 queen size bed, while in the bedrooms on the floor, it is possible to add a folding bed or baby crib. All bedrooms have air conditioning, window frames with mosquito nets, a terrace with magnificent sea views and a window to the mountain for coolness in summer. The attic has mattresses for 2 or 3 people, ideal for children in the spring or autumn months. Finally, 2 folding beds can be added to the living room of the ground floor (with air conditioning) or to the living room of the floor, depending on the needs of the guests. Around the house, enjoy the garden with fruit trees, an outdoor seating area in the backyard with a built-in bench, for coolness after noon and an outdoor seating area with built-in benches – table and BBQ (its use is strictly prohibited during the fire prevention period). The house is within walking distance, just 2.5 km from the beach of Kavos, a long sheltered beach with crystal clear waters, but also a beach bar, from where you can take the boat to the famous Lichadonisia. It is also about 3 km from the beautiful fishing village of Agios Georgios, one of the most picturesque seaside settlements of North Evia.
