The private terrace is perfect for enjoying the sun or relaxing outdoors. The room includes a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, sofa bed, desk and a 32" smart TV with Internet access. You also have a bathroom with hot and cold water, a washing machine, a clothesline and WiFi throughout the accommodation. Ideal for couples, solo travelers, or small families who want to enjoy the beach in total comfort. Guest access The entire accommodation is to be used, the common areas are respected in community with the neighbors. Other things to note The accommodation is on the 3rd floor and 1 block away from the beach, a 2-minute walk from shops and stores, 7 minutes from the longest pier in northern Peru, and it is very safe. We have restaurants, stores, and supermarkets very close by.
