Just 45 minutes from Launceston. Minimum age for children is 8 years. Note there is no BBQ. The space The open plan living area is now fitted with double glazed windows to enjoy the ever changing ocean views. The near new kitchen offers a large refrigerator, induction electric cooktop and dishwasher. The new bathroom has separate shower, vanity and toilet. There is also a 2nd separate toilet next to the bathroom. The two bedrooms are both a good size and have queen beds. The double garage is not available to guests and has personal items of the owners in storage. The huge deck features a covered awning which is ideal for al fresco dining and is usually sheltered from the prevailing winds.
