Homestay facilities: Bath towels, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer (toothbrush and toothpaste are not provided for environmental reasons (please bring your own)) Kitchen with IH stove, pots and pans, microwave (please do not fry in the kitchen) 2. Late check-out fee: $1000 per hour 3. Cleaning fee: A special cleaning fee of $2000 will be charged if the bedding is stained with blood, urine, red wine, etc. 4. No smoking and rules: No events (e.g. barbecue), drug parties, illegal activities, and will be reported to the police. 5. Item protection and compensation: Please do not move indoor furniture, appliances, etc. If damaged or lost, compensation will be required according to the price 6. Waste sorting: Please sort waste by "general waste", "recyclables", "kitchen waste" 7. Neighborhood friendliness: Please lower the volume and keep quiet after 22:00 at night 8.
