The private parking area and entrance is located in the rear of the building. The apartment has one bedroom with a king size bed. A full size sofa sleeper is in the living room. The king size bed has a high quality pillow top mattress and a goose down comforter with a luxurious velvet duvet cover. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and serving meals. The small office features a desk with a beautiful alligator grain leather top with a glass overlay. You can enjoy the back porch seated in comfortable deep seated chairs. A pack and play is available upon request. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment. The laundry room is accessible from the back porch and is shared with Loblolly - Two, which is located next door.
