Cozy cottage by Hou. In a forest environment and close to the child-friendly beach. Guests usually praise the location as well as the wildlife, which is so cozy. Once you have booked the house, you will have access to a house manual with all the information. Consumption is included in the price from April-September, we expect normal consumption. If you need to fill a garden pool or charge an electric car, then agree on a price with us. There is a wood-burning stove in the house :-) The space The house: There are 4 small cozy rooms, kitchen-dining room and living room in one. The kitchen is from 2022. Newly renovated bathroom. Lovely large garden with deer and squirrels as permanent guests. Wood-burning stove in the cottage and fireplace outside. A few swings and an outdoor play garden. You clean up before you leave the house. Electricity is paid for in addition to the rent, in the winter months. 3.5/kWh. From October to April. Area: The house is located between Hals and Hou, within walking distance to a campsite, which has both an outdoor water park and playground, where you can buy tickets at the campsite. In Hou, there are shopping opportunities in Brugsen, playground by the harbor. In Hals there are several shops and a cozy harbor environment. In summer, there are markets in Hals, and also yoga on the beach. The house is within walking distance to the beach, which is child-friendly and shallow. Sleeping places: Room 1: Bed 180 cm Room 2: Bed 120 cm Room 3: Bed 120 cm Room 4: Baby bed and sofa bed about 120 cm. Guest access There is a small workshop next to the cottage, where there is a barbecue, play equipment, blankets, cleaning supplies, etc. Other things to note Electricity consumption is not included in the rental price from October to April, the price is DKK 3.5 per kWh. Remember to read the meter yourself upon arrival and departure. After departure, I'll send you a charge for electricity via Airbnb.
