Summer paradise by the sea with a private beach & jetty!

Welcome to our fantastic place with two cottages, patios in all directions, private beach and jetty at beautiful Norra Dragsviken in Kalmarsund! In summer, we rent out weekly to up to 12 people, but of course, you can also rent here as a couple or smaller family. October 1 to May 1, we only rent out one cottage and then to up to 6 people, see our other ad for booking: airbnb.se/h/lyxigasjostugan The space The accommodation consists of Gammelstugan and Sjöstugan with shared patios in all directions and a private jetty right by beautiful Norra Dragsviken in Kalmarsund. Hot summer days are best spent down by the jetty at the private little beach. Here you can easily get into the canoe and paddle a trip in the bay. Should the wind come from the "wrong direction", you can easily take the short walk diagonally across the road down to Södra Dragsviken's larger swimming area with views of Ölandsbron. Additional tips are to bring your cup of coffee out to enjoy the tranquility and view, socialize over a board game on the jetty, a game of kubb in the garden, take a swim or relax with a book in the hammock or in the cozy decorated greenhouse. Here you can have your perfect summer vacation! The lake house An architect-designed cottage with kitchen, dining area, fireplace and living room in an open plan with high ceilings. There are six beds, two of which are in a double bed in the sleeping loft and the other four beds are two bunk beds in a separate bedroom. There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet. Gammelstugan A cottage built in the early 1800s that has been carefully renovated to modern standards. A peaceful, picturesque and cozy home with a lot of history in the walls. There are beds for 6 people divided into two smaller bedrooms with built-in bunk beds and a sofa bed for two in the sleeping alcove. There is also a kitchen with a smaller dining area, two living rooms where one offers a larger dining area and the other a magical view of the bay. Bathroom with shower and laundry room with washing machine are also in the house. This accommodation also has a cot and a high chair available. Guest access As a guest here, you always get the whole place to yourself and during the summer months, both cottages are available. Then there is room for a total of 12 people and it is possible to book the accommodation weekly. Please note that the nightly rate is calculated for up to 6 guests. After that, it costs an extra SEK 300 per person per night. This is calculated automatically when you add the number of guests to the booking. On the property, there is also a greenhouse cozily decorated for socializing. Down by the jetty, there is outdoor furniture and an outdoor shower. There is also an open storage room where grills, firewood, parasols and more are stored and available. The motorboat included in a couple of the pictures will not be available. For your stay with us, there are several options such as cleaning service, bed linens, canoe, life jackets and bicycles. Other things to note Smoking is prohibited in all buildings. Parties or other events are also not allowed.
