Summer paradise by the sea with a private beach & jetty!

Welcome to our fantastic place with two cottages, patios in all directions, private beach and jetty at beautiful Norra Dragsviken in Kalmarsund! In summer, we rent out weekly to up to 12 people, but of course, you can also rent here as a couple or smaller family. October 1 to May 1, we only rent out one cottage and then to up to 6 people, see our other ad for booking: airbnb.se/h/lyxigasjostugan The space The property consists of Gammelstugan and Sjöstugan with common patios in all directions and its own jetty right by beautiful Norra Dragsviken in Kalmarsund. Warm summer days are advantageously spent down by the jetty by the private small beach. Here you can easily put in the canoe and paddle a ride in the bay. Should the wind come from the “wrong direction”, you can easily take the short walk across the road down to Södra Dragsviken's larger swimming area with views of the Öland bridge. Additional tips are to take your cup of coffee outside to enjoy the tranquility and view, socialize over a board game on the dock, play a game of kubb in the garden, go for a swim, or relax with a book in the cozily furnished greenhouse. Here you can have your perfect summer vacation! The sea cottage An architect-designed cottage with kitchen, dining area, fireplace and open-plan living room with high ceilings. There are six sleeping areas of which two of them are in a double bed in the sleeping loft and the other four sleeping places are two bunk beds in a separate bedroom. There is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Gammelstugan A cottage built in the beginning of the 19th century that has been carefully renovated to modern standards. A peaceful, quaint and cozy home with a lot of history in the walls. There are sleeping places for 6 people divided into two smaller bedrooms with place-built bunk beds and a sofa bed for two in a sleeping alcove. There is also a kitchen with a smaller dining area, two living rooms where one offers a larger dining area and the other a magical view of the bay. Bathroom with shower and laundry room with washing machine is also available in the house. In this accommodation there is also a cot and a high chair available. Guest access As a guest here, you always get the whole place to yourself and the summer months both cabins are available. Then there is room for a total of 12 people and it is possible to book the accommodation weekly. Please note that the nightly rate is calculated for up to 6 guests. After that, it costs an additional SEK 400 per person per night. This is automatically calculated when you add the number of guests to the reservation. On the plot there is also a greenhouse cozy decorated for socializing. There is also outdoor furniture down by the pier. There is also an open storage room where barbecues, wood, umbrellas and more are stored and available. The motorboat that is included in a couple of the pictures will not be available. For your stay with us there are several options such as maid service, bed linen, canoe, life jackets and bikes. Other things to note Smoking is prohibited in all buildings. Parties or other events are also not allowed.
