Welcome to our oceanside home - perfect for extended families or multi-family getaways. Two connected but separate living spaces offer the ideal blend of togetherness and privacy with 2 gourmet kitchens, 2 living rooms, 5 beds,1 amazing beach and unlimited views. We rent out the whole 5 bedroom house when we go traveling. When we are not traveling, we have a separate listing for the downstairs unit. This whole house vacation rental is ideal for extended families or two groups wanting separate but connected spaces. The house has been renovated with a lovely west coast vibe, but the star of the show is the ocean and beach at the bottom of the garden. The house is two levels, with a three bedroom home upstairs with a large open living/dining area for gatherings and a big well stocked kitchen for family meals. This level has two full bathrooms (one only has a tub, the other only has a shower) and three bedrooms. One queen room with ocean views and the ensuite bathroom, plus two double bed rooms facing the garden. There are stairs and a lockable door separating the downstairs suite, which is a self contained studio suite with full kitchen and large living room, plus a separate bedroom. Both beds downstairs are queens and have gorgeous ocean views. The laundry for the whole house is in the downstairs studio area. Notes: - Beach access is down 4 stairs and you may need to hop over a few logs - The house does not have cable TV but you can use our streaming services or stream your own services wirelessly to AppleTV - The house does not have a telephone - While the house is great for families, please note that the yard isn't fenced, and there are no gates at the top of internal or external staircases. -Our property manager will access the living room areas of the house to water the plants on Thursdays. -We have one doorbell camera that is motion activated. - For stays longer than 7 days we can schedule additional cleaning upon request. Guest access You will have the run of the place. We ask that you respect our neighbours and keep outside noise to a minimum, especially getting in and out of your cars early or late in the day as the driveway is close to the neighbour's house. Quiet time is 10pm-8am. Please don’t gather outside after 10pm. If you do have guests up during your stay, please ensure they leave quietly by 10 pm. Thank you for helping us to be good neighbours.
