Parking at the property accomodates 4 vehicles (2 in driveway, 2 onstreet) no garage use, all additional vehicles MUST use event parking 1 block away. NOTE: This is a family neighborhood and we welcome events; however, this is NOT a "party" destination. We expect all guests to respect the peaceful neighborhood, neighbors, and the property. The City of Flower Mound quiet hours are between 10pm - 8am. We expect all guests to cleanup any event related decorations, food, etc. All guests will return the property to its original state sans expected and provided normal stay cleaning, please be respectful of my home :) Bathrooms: Central bathroom with sink, commode, deep soaker tub/shower, dual head detachable premium shower head. Central heating/cooling (a/c will be set to 78F upon arrival, guests can adjust; however, do not set below 72F and adjust at a rate of no more than -4F per hour or the a/c unit will freeze), builtin bluetooth sound system, main living room smart tv. Other things to note Pool is Polar Plunge from October until March :) Hottub is available year round! Pool and hotub will be cleaned and chemically balanced just prior to guest arrival, for week + longer stays hottub will be serviced weekly on Saturdays. Pool is heated/chilled reching a perfect swimming temp from March until October; however, if ambient temperature drops below 52 Fahrenheit during heat/chill months (not expected) the unit will enable saftey mode automatically shutting down and be unavailable. Pool will be cleaned and chemically balanced just prior to guest arrival, for week + longer stays pool will be service weekly on Saturdays. Always put the hottub cover on immediately after use to conserve heat and keep the hottubs temperature ideal. Note: Pool and hottub use is at your own risk, no lifeguard! An acknowledgement of all terms here within Air B&B property listing is accepted by renter/all guests upon completion of booking. DO NOT LEAVE CHILDREN or ANIMALS UNNATENDED near or in the hottub or pool. No running around the pool, no diving, no jumping in, have fun be safe! Fully fenced in backyard with doggie door out to the covered patio and backyard for your pets :) It can also be closed and locked. Garage is not for guest use.
