Ataraxia Playa Negra is located on a five acre hacienda overlooking Black Sand Beach. A serene and comfortable ocean front dwelling with modern amenities. It accommodates two adults in an open, one bedroom tiny house. The grand views of the Caribbean Sea, the Iconic Black Sand Beach & the half cove next to Rio Urbano’s river mouth, with all it’s natural bounty, are part of the experience of a private setting, perched 30 feet above sea level. It is the singular Vieques experience..! The space The rental offers a king size bed, AC in the bedroom, a dressing room, wifi, a fully equipped kitchen that opens to a large deck overlooking Playa Negra. Lovely landscaped surroundings and water fountain. Off street parking for one vehicle, washer & dryer and an outdoor shower. Additional amenities include a microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster and all the utensils you will need. Linens & towels, iron, hairdryer, beach chairs, beach umbrella & cooler. Property owners reside on site & are available during service hours. Ask about our on property restaurant offerings @ Playa Negra Fine Foods… Guest access Ataraxia Playa Negra's location is shared with the owner's residence. Guests' use is limited to the area immediately adjacent to the vacation rental home. Other things to note Main road access to Ataraxia Playa Negra is secured by way of the property's main gate. Keys to access the rental home are stored in a lock box, located on the right hand side of the entry gate. Upon arrival the host will provide the access code to the lock box. Upon guests' departure keys are to be securely placed inside this lock box. Failure to do so will result in a $50.00 replacement fee.
