The living room also opens to a private backyard with a swimming pool and BBQ area, perfect for outdoor enjoyment. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and essential cookware and cutlery. A washing machine is also available for your convenience. On the upper floor, you'll find three bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-sized bed, a wardrobe, and access to a balcony, offering a serene spot to unwind and enjoy the fresh air. Complimentary hotel-quality linens are provided to ensure your comfort. Please note that the rooms are located on the first floor, accessible by stairs, and that there is a camera outside by the front door for security reasons. Other things to note This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
