Free Airport Pickup - Buena Vista 1 Nautical Room

This listing is for a private room in an upscale area of Guam with breathtaking cliffline views of sunrises and sunsets. The room is clean and tidy with a plush queen size bed, 40 inch hi-def smart TV, a large minifridge, and all the necessary amenities. The wi-fi is the fastest offered by GTA and can meet all of your needs whether it be gaming, live streaming, or video conferencing. The beach is a short 10 minute drive, airport is 15 minutes, and local convenience stores at 3-4 miles away. During your stay Jenny & I both will be available in person, using the airbnb messaging platform, or through phone messaging during a guest's stay. Other things to note The house has high speed wifi through GTA that normally has download speeds of 500+ megabytes per second. That being said, Guam is known for interruptions in power, water, and internet regardless of the internet service provider. While it is unusual for internet to be out for more than 30 minutes at a time I can not 100% guarantee uninterrupted access the entire stay. The house has a 64 kw power generator along with a 5,000 gallon backup water tank. Power & water are guaranteed.
