🛏 A comfortable room to rest, shared spaces where you will feel at home, and a lot of tranquility. 📍It's a very nice area, with easy access to important places and public transportation to get around the city. ☕ You'll find infusions and something delicious for breakfast, such as fruit and some homemade sponge cake (and if you have any special diet, let me know and I'll take it into account). 🧺 You have a washing machine available and total freedom to use the kitchen. The space The apartment is surrounded by greenery and in a very quiet environment, but close to everything: located in the macrocenter, close to the main points of interest, transportation and shops. It's a great place to stay if you're coming for work, study, or to get to know. You'll have all the basic and necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The space includes a room equipped with bedding and access to a full kitchen to prepare whatever you need. Guest access You will have free access to your private room and all common areas: kitchen, bathroom and patio. You can prepare your meals with complete freedom and use the condiments, tea, and coffee that I leave available. During your stay If you need help during your stay, you can contact me at any time. Also, I love to share time and chat, so if we coincide during a lunch, a coffee or mates, to exchange experiences or just chat, I would love to!
