Our cozy apartment is located in the souterrain of our single-family house and has separate access. Large windows ensure beautiful natural light. The apartment is suitable for 1-2 people or for a family with one child. Only 2 km away is the Pietzmoor and the beautiful Osterheide. The space Our beautiful surroundings invite you to take extensive walks and or bike rides. The leisure activities of the Heidekreisise, such as Snow Dome Bispingen, Soltau Heide Park, Walsrode Bird Park and, and... are also easily accessible from here. Our cozy apartment is about 35 square meters and designed for 1 – 2 people. It's in the souterrain of our single-family home and has separate access. Large windows ensure beautiful natural light. The apartment is equipped with a kitchenette. This includes an oven and ceramic hob, as well as dishwasher. The refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle and coffee machine are of course also available. The bedroom area comes with a 1.40 m wide bed. In the living area there is a large sofa, which also offers a place to sleep if needed. We can also provide you with a travel cot for children or a folding bed (90x200) on request. There is also a flat screen TV in the apartment. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower. During your stay we provide free WiFi Our apartment also has a garden area with barbecue facilities. Of course, your car also parks free of charge on our yard. Smoking is not allowed inside our apartment. For utilities, final cleaning and bed linen and towels we charge a one-time fee of 50€ for the time of your stay. From the 3 person we charge 10 10€/day more. Other things to note You can walk to the Banhof of Schneverdingen in only about 10 minutes. Many shopping opportunities within walking distance are also within walking distance.
