The space My place is peaceful and clean. It 's a Historical Building and has two levels. The bathroom is down the hall. It's shared with either 1 or 2 guests from the 2 other rooms next to you. You may hear fellow guests using the kitchen and laundry room. I've been assured by previous guests that this noise is minimal and not bothersome, but I like to mention it so you are fully-informed before booking. You can shop, drink & dine in our unique town's locally owned businesses. Guest access SereneScape is a private room. Full kitchen, bathroom and laundry room are shared spaces. We keep a quiet house, and we love sharing our mid-century historical building here in Brownwood and enjoy meeting new people. Feel free to use all common areas including outdoor space. During your stay I'm a friendly host who loves meeting new people and hearing their stories. I also understand that many people are more reserved and prefer to have their quiet space. But this may not be possible and is not an expectation. You can always send me a message if you need anything during your time here. I always do my best to answer your questions and accommodate your needs in a timely manner. Other things to note PARKING: You can park in front of the building or use street parking or park in the back of the building. If your shoes happen to be dirty, I request you remove them after entering the home, as I like to keep the flooring very clean for guests. If your shoes are clean, feel free to leave them on if you prefer to! You are welcome to store food and drinks in the kitchen fridge. I request guests wash their used dishes and sit them out to dry. Please do not leave them in the sink.
