Apartment on the Woifnhof for animal lovers

You will feel comfortable in this newly renovated accommodation with a direct view of the horses. The private apartment on the ground floor sleeps 4 people in two rooms. One room is equipped with a double box spring board 180x200 and the other room with two beds 120x200. Ideal starting point for cycling tours and excursions. The village center of Aldersbach with the shops and restaurants is about 1.2 km from our farm. Connections: A3 Hengersberg, 22 km / A92 Landau, 41 km City of Passau 34 km The space The vacation apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. There are 2 cozy bedrooms available: One bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a spacious closet. Another bedroom with 2 single beds (each 120 x 200 cm), a closet and a desk. Please note that the two single beds are fixed in place and cannot be pushed together to form a double. Bed linen, bath towels and hand towels are, of course, included in the nightly rate. Important note for families: There are no cribs, high chairs or other toddler equipment available in the property. Please take this into account when planning your trip. Guest access The guests have the entire ground-floor apartment at their exclusive disposal. This includes a spacious kitchen with dining table, TV and a sofa, two bedrooms, an entrance area and a modern bathroom with shower and toilet. In addition, our guests can use the courtyard with table, chairs and barbecue. Other things to note Please note that the vacation apartment is located on an active farm. Depending on the time of day, there may occasionally be typical farm noises and work during the day. The accommodation is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is only permitted outdoors.
