Our location is ideal for exploring Lincolnshire's stunning coast, from award-winning sandy beaches to historic market towns and nature reserves. Witness the incredible seal pups being born at Donna Nook during November and December each year. Bring your bicycles and explore the area with our provided GPX routes. The space Escape to this super-insulated, triple-glazed, detached rural retreat—a self-contained cottage offering a comfortable atmosphere and far-reaching views. From the living area, you can enjoy a stunning view of St Botolph's Church. In the evenings, witness breathtaking sunsets over the Lincolnshire Wolds. Thanks to its location in one of the quietest spots in England. Outside is a patio area which is an ideal place for star gazing on clear nights, where you can truly appreciate the dark skies. The cottage is a haven for wildlife. You might spot deer, foxes, badgers, hares, barn owls, marsh harriers, curlews, geese, sparrow hawks, kestrels and much more. Upstairs, the peaceful, private bedroom features a king-size bed and an ensuite shower room. Downstairs, the modern and cosy open-plan living area is equipped with underfloor heating for comfort. The open plan accommodation includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a modern L shaped sofa with cosy throws. For entertainment, there's a 58-inch wall mounted smart TV and various board games. Kitchen Amenities: You'll find a gas hob, combination microwave oven, a spacious larder fridge (no freezer), dishwasher, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans and a slow cooker. We also provide a tea pot, oven gloves, dish towels, a filter coffee machine (please bring your own ground coffee), a toaster, and an instant boiling water kettle. A recycling bin system and bin bags are also included. A starter supply of dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, soap, hand cream, cooking oil, salt and pepper, kitchen roll, milk, tea bags and instant coffee are provided for your convenience. Useful Information: Church View accommodation includes a welcome guide with tourist information, bedding for the king-size bed and towels, a hair dryer, shower gel, iron, a small tabletop ironing board, a portable clothes airer, a cordless hoover, heated towel rail and a plug-in fan. This accommodation is ideal for two adults with a deluxe king size bed and ensuite shower room. While we love little ones, for safety reasons, we can only accommodate a baby who isn't yet walking due to the accommodation stairs and the unfenced water surrounding the site. Pet-friendly: Up to three furry friends are welcome, and extra charges apply. CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR (2026): There are increased minimum 7 night stays for the period 19th December 2026 to 1st January 2027 Guest access We will probably be around to meet you on arrival. But if not there is a key safe with a digital press code. Code number will be supplied nearer to your arrival time. The cottage is set behind the main farm house. Please park to the rear of the main house on the gravel driveway. To the southern aspect of the accommodation is a shared grassed area where you can enjoy, dappled shade under the mature trees and views of open fields and St Botolph's Church. The off road walk can be accessed directly from the accommodation. Other things to note Newly laid outside patio area, south and west facing, with seating (Church View use only). There is a shared grassed area beyond the patio to the southern aspect with an established tree providing dappled shade in the hot weather. Our accommodation is ideal for two adults. We understand you might be traveling with a little one, and we can accommodate a baby who isn't yet walking. However, for safety reasons, we cannot host older children/toddlers due to the accommodation stairs and the unfenced water surrounding the site.
