The Bellevue backs up to a park with ball fields, tennis courts, playground, and paths along the Rum River. Only 24 miles from the Twin Cities/13 miles from the NSC. Whether you’re coming to the area for a holiday shopping, work, or gathering with family and friends that is exactly what awaits you at our 3500 sq ft warm and inviting home. The heated pool will be open mid May through mid October. Backing up to a spacious park, The Bellevue is perfectly situated next to tennis courts, a playground, soccer fields, and walking paths along the river. Conveniently located within a ten minute drive of Target, Costco, Starbucks, Chipotle, Panera, Chic-Fil-A, several other shops and restaurants, and a Caribou Coffee is only a few blocks away. *Please read over ALL house rules before booking our home by going to the House Rules section; below you will find the most important notes to be aware of in "Things of Note" Thank you. We look forward to hosting you! The Bellevue Cottage is a three story home. The Lower level includes a laundry room, one bedroom (queen) two game areas including a game table, pool table, air hockey, and speedball, a bar, and a family room with a gas fireplace. The main level includes a full bathroom, one bedroom (king) a breakfast nook, formal dining area, living room with candles in a fireplace, kids play area (including kids play kitchen, toys, and books), and access to a huge deck. The upper level includes four bedrooms (king, 2x twin, queen, and 2x twin), and two full bathrooms. The master sweet includes a fireplace and luxury private bathroom with a free standing tub. For guests who might find the stairs difficult, we provide a main level bedroom with a king bed. We have equipped The Bellevue with wireless internet and three Roku TV's (two in the downstairs Game Area and one in the upstairs Master). TV's are Roku and not DVD capable. Guests will need to personally login to streaming apps (Prime Video, Netflix, Disney+) if they want to watch a movie or catch up on their favorite shows. Guests will not be able to stream on the TV's if they do not bring personal login information. The house has central heat and central air conditioning. The Thermostat for the main level and upstairs is located in the main level bedroom. The thermostat for downstairs is located next to the bar. Guests can adjust the heat or air as desired during their stay. We have supplied a Keurig coffe maker, Breville Espresso machine, tea kettle, toaster, tableware, glassware, pots and pans, as well as basic kitchen supplies. We also have numerous toys and books throughout the cottage such as a play kitchen to keep those little ones entertained. We have labeled and provided instructions where helpful throughout the cottage. The washer and dryer are located in the downstairs laundry room and are available for use with detergent provided. Guest access Guests have access to all three floors of the home. NO PETS We are a hypoallergenic property POOL RULES: - No lifeguard on duty - SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK - Children MUST be supervised by adult while using the pool and/or while kids are outside - Guests agree to comply with all posted signs, disclaimers, and safety guidelines - No glassware in or around pool - No running or Horseplay - No peeing in the pool - Please remove pool cover before pool use and recover when done swimming for the day POOL DISCLAIMERS: - Owners cannot be sued for any injuries sustained while using the facilities anywhere on the property. - USE AT YOUR OWN RISK: No lifeguard on duty - Guest(s) assume full responsibility for the safety and well-being of all Guest(s) when using, congregating around, or walking near the pool. DAMAGE Each guest assumes full responsibility for any damage caused to any part of the property sustained during the guest's scheduled booking time. Each guest agrees to pay in full for repairing or replacing any item or structure damaged by the guest or others invited to the property. LIABILITY Guest(s) assume liability for injury to themselves or any persons they invite to the space. Guests also assume responsibility for any injury that results from the guest's visitors during their booking period. Additionally, guest(s) agree to indemnify, release from liability, and hold harmless all Property Owners & Hosts, managers, and employees from any and all costs, expenses, legal proceedings, attorney fees, liability, claims, damages, or demands arising from loss, injury, illness, or death to themselves, an agent, family, or other guests for use of the pool and or property.
