Named Seemöwe and Seestern, the two adjacent houses are located in an idyllic location on the outskirts of the small village of Kägsdorf, directly on the Baltic Sea coastal cycle path. In the Seemöwe, pets are welcome and the Seestern is our allergy-free house. The special feature is the unobstructed view from both terraces into the beautiful nature with a direct view of the Baltic Sea. Thus, these houses are among the pearls that give our guests just as wonderful a view. Each house offers 85 sqm, spread over 2 floors, enough space for up to 5 adult guests and 2 toddlers up to 2 years. Three spacious bedrooms, 2 shower bathrooms, a large sauna and a cozy living and dining area with fireplace and adjoining terrace with an unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea make your stay here really pleasant. The large garden around the vacation homes offers space for eating together, many sunny and shady retreats for relaxing. For kids, there is space to play, romp and play soccer in the garden and around the cottage. Wonderful nature and tranquility, far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, make every day of the vacation a relaxing break and ensure a sustainable slowdown. Two with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and one with a single bed (0.90 m x 2.00 m). The bright and spacious living and dining area with fireplace, sofa corner, TV and dining table welcomes guests when entering the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle and offers plenty of space for cooking and feasting together on vacation. The living room leads directly to the furnished sun terrace. A bathroom with shower & toilet and the spacious sauna are downstairs and the second bathroom, also with shower & toilet, is upstairs. Here you can also access the 3 bedrooms.
