Calais beach house near the Dragon!

Very bright and comfortable house. 50 m from the beach! The neighborhood is very quiet. The garden is L-shaped, small but well oriented and almost not overlooked. It is equipped with sun loungers, a table and a barbecue. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a small bedroom with a single bed. In the living room, there is a sofa bed. Please note! There is a studio that will not be available (see the accommodation section) The bathroom includes shower, bathtub and toilet. The space We have a cat that will not be present when you come, but it may be a problem if you are allergic! As stated in the description, there is a studio in the house that is rented to an extremely respectful student who is a priori absent on weekends and holidays. The studio is completely self-contained, but access is through the front door of the house. Guest access If I'm not there to welcome you, there's a lockbox! Other things to note This is my house. I will ask you to be extremely respectful of the place and my belongings. Cleaning must be done before departure. If you wish, a housekeeper can come for 80 euros, but you must notify me beforehand. If you choose this solution, the house will still have to be tidied, dishes washed, garbage taken out. Thank you
