Just looking to rent a room? Nothing really special about it. I have one room with a full bed with dresser and tv, inside of a 8x12 room with a closet. Secluded location in Lincoln, Delaware but close to Milford, Dover and the beaches. Newly built manufactured home. The space You have one room to yourself and shared bathroom. We have a 19 year old and a 3 year old. You are welcome to use the kitchen and refrigerator and of course the dining room table. Free parking. Guest access Bedroom. Bathroom. Kitchen. Laundry Room. Dining room. During your stay You can text me here at anytime. I can provide my phone number if that works better for you. Sometimes I don’t get the messages here. Other things to note Let me know if you have any questions. 2 rolls of toilet paper provided and the towels that are hanging are clean with a few extra in the cabinet. If you put your used towels in the basket out side your door I can wash and put new ones up. No soap or shampoo and conditioners in shower. It is a shared bathroom, so please keep most of your things to yourself and tidy. I wouldn’t want my three year old to decide he wants to play with your lotion. lol. Washer and dryer available for use as well. Thanks!
