The Oleandro apartment is located in the historic center of the city of Arco, about 50 meters from the Church of Santa Maria Assunta. The building has been completely renovated. The apartment is on two levels and has a large cellar on the ground floor to store and recharge bikes. Access is directly from Via Ferrera, passing through an ancient door you enter a well-kept internal courtyard, which overlooks the front door of the apartment. The space On the ground floor there is a private, lockable cellar for storing bicycles and recharging e-bikes. Through an internal staircase you can directly access the first floor. On this level, the kitchen and living room are organized in an open space. The kitchen is modern, equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge (with freezer), induction stove and large compartments for storing accessories. The kitchen also has a small "peninsula bar" for a pleasant breakfast. Also on this floor there is a large 4/6-seater table, a comfortable sofa (3/4-seater) that allows you to comfortably watch the flat-screen television. The basement is organized to entertain young guests with games, books and soft toys. A spectacular iron and glass staircase will allow you to access the upper floor. As soon as you go up, you will find a large room with two single beds and a large built-in closet. The room is equipped with modular LED lighting to create the right atmosphere for every occasion. A small balcony overlooks the courtyard below as well as an enchanting view of the historic center of Arco and Monte Stivo. Also on this floor you can access a double bedroom equipped with TV and bathroom with floor-level shower and glass box. Guest access Access to the apartment is independent and secured 24 hours a day by alphanumeric keypads placed on all accesses to the apartment. Paid parking is available for cars/vans in a covered and closed garage about 100 m from the property, without the need for any reservation at 5 euros/day.
