The building has 2 floors and a lovely yard with no underground basement. Master BDR: 1 King bed with en-suite bathroom BDR 2(Upstairs): 1 Queen bed, shared bathroom BDR 3(Upstairs): 1 Queen bed, shared bathroom BDR 4(Downstairs): 2 Full beds(Bunk beds), dedicated bathroom. Downstairs living room: 1 foldable sofa bed (71''x42'') Please find extra linen, pillow, and comforter for the sofa bed in the closet in BDR 4(downstairs). There are 3 bathrooms, 2 located upstairs and 1 downstairs. All 3 bathrooms have showers and can help your group get ready quickly in the morning. Location: Snowbird/Alta: ~ 20 mins Solitude/Brighton: ~ 25 mins Ski bus to Snowbird/Alta: ~ 3mins SLC airport: ~ 20 mins Downtown SLC(Temple Square/Convention center/Delta center): ~ 25 mins Park City: ~ 35 mins Grocery(Smith’s)/Restaurants: ~ 3 mins Guest access You will have access to the entire house, the double deck with a sauna, a garage that transformed into a game space, as well as the lovely yard. For your safety, you won't have access to the AC/furnace room and storage. Please watch out for your steps while traveling up and down the deck stairs at night when you use the Sauna on the lower deck. Please note: we only provide outdoor parking spaces but there are plenty! Other things to note Our sunroom is guests favorite for its sunny charm and cozy vibe. Because it faces west and we are at a high altitude here in Utah, it can take a little longer to cool than the rest of the homes in summer. We do have skylights shades, central AC and one additional unit in the sunroom to keep it cool. We appreciate your understanding - the warmth is part of the sunroom’s unique vibe! As we converted our indoor garage to an activity space with pingpong table and mini-golf setup to enhance our guests' experience, please understand that we no longer offer indoor parking. However the driveway is spacious and can comfortably accommodate 4 cars parking.
