The space Villa Marzia is an old barn that has undergone a conservative restoration and a total renovation to transform it into a beautiful luxury villa. The villa offers an incredible view of the towers of San Gimignano and has 3,000 square meters of private garden with infinity pool (12x7 meters, maximum depth 1.60 meters) and over 50 centuries-old olive trees. The villa is arranged on two floors and can accommodate up to 6 guests. On the ground floor, you will find a beautiful living area consisting of a living room and a large kitchen. The very bright living room is furnished with a three-seater sofa, an armchair, and a 55-inch smart TV. Adjacent to the living room are the dining room with a large wooden table and the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a cooktop, oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, as well as dishes and utensils (juicer, blender, etc.). On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and the laundry room. Climbing the Roman travertine staircase you access the upper floor where the other two bright bedrooms with en-suite bathroom are located. All rooms are elegantly furnished with a queen-size bed, wardrobes and bedside tables to accommodate your personal belongings; each room is equipped with a private bathroom with a glass shower cabin, a large designer mirror, a hairdryer and toiletries. Each guest will have a complete set of high-quality towels, bathrobe and pool towel. Outside you can enjoy moments of relaxation immersed in a well-kept garden embellished with over 50 centuries-old olive trees. At the edge of the infinity pool, equipped with an outdoor shower, sun loungers and pergola, you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the towers of San Gimignano. The former barn farmyard is the ideal environment for organizing exclusive outdoor lunches and dinners while admiring the surrounding landscape in the beautiful pergola with sofas and table. Our barbecue and stone sink are at your disposal for memorable barbecues. The villa is fully air-conditioned with underfloor heating, multi-zone air conditioning (each room is equipped with an independent splitter), dehumidification system, laundry room with washing machine, dryer and iron, Wi-Fi connection, two parking spaces with charging station for electric cars. The villa is equipped with photovoltaic panels and a heat pump system to ensure maximum sustainability and energy efficiency. Villa Marzia is independent, but not isolated. The stretch of road to reach the entrance (100 meters) is not paved, but it is passable without difficulty. The property is fully fenced; the gate is electric, which can also be operated from the video intercom with a camera in the living room.
