Detached large traditional Breton home situated in a peaceful hamlet yet close to many attractions for all the family. Beautiful village with a Boulangerie, shop, bar & restaurant.. All mod cons, including Wifi, fully fitted kitchen, log burner, huge gardens, decking with seating and BBQ. We are only 70 mins from the port of Roscoff, accessed from the UK via Plymouth, St Malo is 90 mins away, Caen, 3 hours and the tunnel, 6.5 hours. We accept well behaved dogs. The space Our home is a large, detached house which contains a lounge, downstairs loo, kitchen and diner, upstairs shower room and further loo, one bedroom with a single bed and two further bedrooms with double beds. Outside is a decked area with a table and seating for 6, plus a sun umbrella, charcoal BBQ and three large gardens. Next to the house is a large store room where you can find a washing machine and garden toys plus the BBQ. There is a detached garage where you will find a table tennis table. Access to these are via keys situated by the front door. Plesidy is a peaceful village, mainly surrounded by farmland and has a lovely feel about it. Having recently undergone extensive renovations, the village is pretty, clean and well stocked with a shop, bar, restaurant, post office sports centre and multi sports pitch. Yet, only 25 mins away from some stunning pink granite coastline, and beaches. Guest access Access to the whole house plus garage and adjoining outhouse. Other things to note Plesidy has a beautiful Boulangerie, bar and restaurant, shop and post office, as well as a sports centre and outdoors multi sports pitch.
