The property is completed by a large veranda furnished with a table and chairs where you can eat outdoors and enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation, and a parking space. All around is a very large green space with an English lawn, vines, olive trees and the very rare pompia where both children can play in peace and adults can enjoy regenerating walks immersed in the scents of the clean air. Silence and tranquility are the absolute masters for a truly relaxing vacation, yet close to the main services of La Caletta and Siniscola as well as to the wonderful beaches of the area such as Berchida, Bidderosa, Sa Pedra Ruia characterized by a beautiful pine forest that plunges into a transparent sea with splendid colors. Other things to note Water, electricity and gas consumption: included in the rental price. Kitchenette and dishes to be left tidy and clean; otherwise a surcharge of €50.00 will be applied. Linen rental upon request: €20.00 per person. Small pets: always upon request, €50.00 per week. Smoking is only allowed in outdoor spaces. Late check-in, upon request (for arrivals after 9:00 p.m.): €50.00; late check-out (after 10:00 a.m.): charge of an additional night's stay. Accommodation tax to be paid on-site in cash according to the rules of the Municipality. Security deposit: €200.00. It will be the customer's responsibility to provide for the separate collection of waste and its disposal according to the collection table; the accommodation upon its return must be free of all waste, otherwise 50% of the security deposit will be withheld.
