Please be quiet and respectful on driveway and do not block neighbors' marked driveway areas. - No parking anywhere other than assigned spaces within paved driveway - No adjusting AC thermometer below 67 degrees. It will break the unit. - No unplugging of electronics, e.g. TVs, cable boxes, routers, lamps, etc. - Please be sure to unplug all unused appliances such as hair tools, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home and turn off stove, oven, AC/heater - Adult supervision of children on the property required at ALL times, in ALL areas indoor and outdoor. ⭐️ We reserve the right to cancel your reservation with no refund and keep your security deposit if any of these rules are broken ⭐️ These rules are in place to maintain the highest quality standards in our accommodations for the benefit of our guests Guest access We provide our guests with contactless self-check-in with access to the entire house.
