Security Camera (Outdoor) • Do not switch off or tamper with the security camera. • It is installed for safety purposes and must remain on at all times. ⸻ 2. Noise & Music • Keep noise and music at a respectful level, especially during late hours. ⸻ 3. Garbage Disposal • Dispose of garbage properly in the designated bins. ⸻ 4. Guest Policy • Additional guests must be informed in advance. • Prior approval is required. • Valid government-issued ID with address proof is mandatory for all guests before check-in. ⸻ 5. Respect the Property • Treat the space as you would your own home. • Any damages may result in additional charges. ⸻ ⚡ Electricity & Inverter Care • Switch off all appliances and switches (except fridge,camera & Wi-Fi) before leaving the house. • We have an inverter backup, if it gets discharged, there will be discomfort during power cuts. • Do not use the iron during a power cut, please check electricity availability first. • Turn off the geyser immediately after use to avoid issues. • Note: Induction, washing machine, and fridge cooling will not work during power cuts. ⸻ 🍽️ Food & Furniture • Please avoid eating on beds or sofas to maintain cleanliness. ⸻ Failure to follow these rules may lead to penalties or cancellation of your stay.
