Guest access We offer discounted pricing for smaller groups, so the nightly rate and available bedrooms will be dependant on how many guests are noted on your reservation request. Additional rooms can be made available on request, at a rate of $25/per room, per night. We would also like to advise that the unused bedrooms are NOT available to be booked by separate reservations, and will remain empty unless access is requested by your group. We are also able to arrange pricing on a per night basis if the number of guests or required rooms will change throughout the stay (e.g. 2 nights booked at 1 guest 1 bedroom rate, then 4 nights at a 3 guest 3 bedroom rate etc.) Please let us know if you any questions or would like further clarification. Other things to note While the listing does have a Spa, Caravan and Shed in the back yard of the listing, please be aware it is not for guest use and we ask guests not to attempt to access or use them. There will be an overdue return fee charged if keys are not returned as per booking instructions. If a pet is found on-premises, a minimum of $100.00 fee will apply. Our linen is supplied and washed by a commercial laundry. Although we try to accommodate alteration requests, please be advised we do not allow "rescheduling" of the Check-in date by a difference of more than 14 days.
