Our apartment , offers all the comforts. A main entrance overlooking a small garden with pantry and an entrance through the large glass window opening onto a shaded terrace all day and the 2 levels of gardens on the sea side. A new terrace facing the sea has just been realized (exceptional view of Cap Corse). Two bedrooms (sheets are provided): - The first bedroom also opens to the terrace and has a great sea view. It is equipped with a 160 bed and a wardrobe closet. - The second bedroom offers a 140 sofa bed equipped with a good mattress. It is also equipped with a closet /wardrobe and a small desk. Every room comes with an fan. The kitchen benefits from a very complete equipment. (Oven, ceramic glass plate, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc... The living /dining room is perfectly equipped: 140 cm screen TV, HI-FI, DVD player, books, armchairs, sofa bed ( offering the possibility of 2 additional beds), dining area. The bathroom (shower) is equipped with a towel dryer, hair dryer (towels are provided) The apartment also has a separate storage room where there is a washing machine, gas grill, beach umbrella, clothes drying rack etc. Terraces and gardens are perfectly equipped with outdoor lighting and equipped with sun loungers, armchairs, garden furniture and have an exceptional view of the sea and the Gulf of St Florent. The third small garden at the bottom very discreet , is exposed to the ideal Solarium sea. The closest beach is 200m away with pedestrian path access. Saint Florent, called the St Tropez Corse is an authentic village located in the gulf and surrounded by mountains and vines.
