Farm House Living in Town

Country living in Oberlin. This updated farmhouse sits on an acre close to many amenities in town. Three second floor bedrooms and a bathroom create space for up to six people to stay(Bathroom is small). Main floor boasts a spacious living room dining room and kitchen. Enjoy Oberlin in this cozy home with a large backyard. Guest access The primary bedroom is large and has a king bed with two closets. Second bedroom has a queen bed and two closets. Third bedroom is small with two twin beds and no closet. The bathroom has a tub shower. All bedrooms and bath are up a flight of stairs. The main floor has a spacious living room and sitting area. The kitchen is small and has a convection oven and countertop induction burner and a microwave. The dining room can seat up to six people. The property is a work in progress ;). We recently took down many aging trees and will be working on the exterior. The house is really lovely and past guests have enjoyed the serenity. Hope you like it too.
