Queen sized bed sleeps 2 comfortably. A secondary queen sleeper/sofa can sleep 2 additional guests. Relax in this cozy 450 square foot space after a day of snowmobiling, skiing, boating, or brewery tours. This space is perfect for a weekend get away, parents weekend, extended stay or an impromptu road trip. Our guest house is in the beautiful hills of Cazenovia. The owner’s house is on the back of the property, and the guest house is at the front, with a young apple orchard in between the two. Enjoy the amazing sunsets from the kitchen window or the front patio! 5 minute drive to the charming village of Cazenovia, where you will find shopping, restaurants, parks, and more. Stone Quarry Hill Art Park (7 minutes away) holds the opportunity for unique sightseeing. There are many great hiking trails in and around Cazenovia and near the guesthouse. Guests are able to use the entire guest house and front patio. Feel free to make a fire in the provided fire pit, while sitting outside and enjoying the stars. We are always available by text or phone, and hope to meet you in person at check in. Since we do live on the property, it is not uncommon to see one of us out and about working on something in the orchard or tending to the chickens. We are happy to chat and answer questions! Guests wanting a quiet stay without a lot of host interaction will be pleased to find that our setup makes this easy as well. The guesthouse is located in the rolling hills just outside of the village of Cazenovia. The views here are spectacular! It’s nice to come back to a quiet country spot after a busy day. Our neighborhood has quite a few houses, small farms, and horses. The Fenner Windmills are within view. It’s easiest to travel by car. Some people enjoy riding their bikes to and from the village.
