Ca' de figge

Our house is in Chiavari, in the province of Genoa, an ideal location to discover the Gulf of Tigullio and the other locations of the Ligurian coast including the Golfo Paradiso, the Baie del Levante, the Cinque Terre, the Gulf of Poets and the Sarzanese coast. The space "Ca' de figge" is easy to reach from the train station and by bus, 3 minutes from the Lavagna highway exit, 50 km from the C. Colombo airport in Genoa, it is located on the third floor of a building with an elevator, a stone's throw from the sea and the "caruggio dritto" and near the slate cycle path. Below the house there is a cafeteria and free public parking on the street, around the corner there are supermarkets, pastry shops, bakeries, pharmacies, laundries, hairdressers... nothing is missing! The accommodation consists of a small balcony, a kitchen equipped with everything you need and equipped with an oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, a living room equipped with a sofa and Smart TV, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and a large wardrobe, the other with a bunk bed), a bathroom equipped with a shower cabin and complete sanitary facilities. Free WiFi is available throughout the apartment, pets are not allowed, and smoking and parties are not allowed. According to regulations and for your safety, there is a fire extinguisher, a combustible gas detector and a carbon monoxide detector in the accommodation. Please note that: bed linen and towels are included in the price with optional changes for a fee. Check-in/check-out are flexible, we will agree on them together. At check-in, ALL guests, including minors, must present a valid government-issued ID. The municipality of Chiavari requires the tourist tax, the tax is paid for each overnight stay up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights throughout the year, to be paid in CASH upon arrival, up to a maximum of 7 nights: €1.50 per person, EXCLUDING children under 12 years of age.
