Please be respectful of your neighbors & keep noise, music etc. always to an absolute minimum. Keep all areas clean, store your personal belongings in your room, return items to their place after use & treat both the property & our staff with respect. Pai info: Tubing party days in Pai are Tuesdays & Fridays. In the afternoons (around 1–3 PM), you may hear music from the river areas, including near our property. If this might disturb you, consider planning activities farther from the river or outside the town center during that time. Pai is a rural town surrounded by jungle with insects, other animals & occasional water or power shortages. To reduce insects: Don't leave food outside the fridge, keep windows closed, buy mosquito spray or repellents. In emergencies insect spray & other supplies are usually available in the kitchen corner cabinet on the rooftop, or you can ask our staff for assistance. Water & electricity shortages can occasionally happen. Please be patient and understanding — we’ll always do our best to fix issues as quickly as possible.
