Riverside Retreat

IMP UPDATE- Please note that the lawn behind the property is having a renovation work and is not usable now. With 350 feet riverside with green lawns and full of trees in 1.5 acres of land, this house can be used for a peaceful vacation or as party place with family/friends. An indoor synthetic tennis court and the first pickleball court in Kerala are in the property itself. With plenty of lawn area and gym equipment's, active people too have plenty of options. The space Three air conditioned attached bed rooms, sitting room, dining room, kitchen. One big air conditioned hall in first floor can accommodate plenty of extra mattress. [ extra mattress for 10+ can be provided on request]. Washing Machine, Fridge, Air Fryer, Induction cooker, basic utensil's. [20+ plates, glasses can be provided on request] Guest access The whole house and surroundings can be used by the guests. They may use the Tennis Courts or pickleball courts at a discounted price on request. Small functions may be conducted on the lawn or the mini halls at extra payment. 30+ car parking area too is available in such scenario's. Other things to note In rare cases of power failure, the battery backup will give at least one light, one fan and the Wi-Fi in all rooms.
