The space This beautifully renovated garden-level guest suite in a charming Chicago bungalow is bright, cheerful, and thoughtfully designed for your comfort. The inviting bedroom features a queen bed with both feather and synthetic pillows, ensuring a restful sleep tailored to your preference. An optional upstairs guest room may be available by request—please see details below. The full bathroom is stocked with plush towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, a hairdryer, and more—everything you need for a refreshing stay. The Garden Flat has a cozy, cottage feel. If you’re especially tall or like a little extra elbow room, the shower and some spaces may feel snug. The well-equipped kitchenette includes a two-burner induction cooktop, microwave, convection countertop oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator, making light cooking a breeze. Enjoy your morning brew with a drip coffee maker, pour-over, K-cup, or French press, complete with a selection of beverage options. Relax in the cozy living room, where a smart TV and electric fireplace create the perfect setting for unwinding.
