Newly renovated historical farm style home with original hardwood floors & doors create a cozy home away from home. Enjoy our large open lot next door for yard games and a game of corn hole. The space Renovated 1915 townhome with fresh farm style details and all necessary amenities needed for a home away from home. Lots of windows allow for natural light all day. Downstairs offers open living concept with kitchen, living room with a sofa sleeper, 50" smart tv and a half bath. Upstairs has three bedrooms, a full bath and a kids cave. The King room offers a dedicated workspace in the oversized master closet. The Twin room offers a small kids cave with a 32” tv, convertible sofa & games. The kitchen is stocked with additional convenient appliances: coffee maker, french press, hot pot, waffle maker, vita mix, and hand mixer. We also have wine glasses, serving platters, and of course your standard pots and pans for cooking with essential seasonings. The bathroom offers EO Citrus Mint shampoo, conditioner & body wash with ample towels. There is an emergency essentials basket in case you forgot something at home. We do have additional bedding available for the sofa sleeper and the convertible couch if needed. Our family has enjoyed this property for years as a landing pad for our busy family to meet up between games and events. Grandma & Grandpa have visited and hosted lots of hotcake breakfasts here. We are excited you get to share in the convenience of this centrally located home. Great access to everything the southern Oregon coast has to offer! This townhome does have a shared wall to our tenants next door. Please respect our quiet hours 10pm-7am. You have your own private entrance front and back. Private parking on the left parking pad or a single vehicle behind the back door around back via the alleyway. Guest access Entire home and adjacent yard empty lot next door. Townhome comfortably hosts 6 guests. Any additional guests will have to inquire at booking and agree to a $25 per guest/per night booking fee.
