4-bedroom house on 10 acres. It has a kitchen stocked with supplies, amplebedding and linens, and family games. Just north of Big Lake, it's close to the Sherburne County Wildlife Refuge and Sand Dunes. Several good swimming and fishing lakes are very close by, including Eagle Lake. The public lake access is about 4 miles away. 1 garage space for guests. Ample driveway parking for additional vehicles and space for trailers. *same day reservations must inquire/pre approval before book. The space 4 bedroom (king, 2w/queens, and 1 bedroom with 2 singles), has plenty of space for a great family getaway, girls weekend, or other retreat. Enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the screen in porch or take a walk on the trails. This property is close to the Sherburne County Refuge, Sanddunes, Becker, Monticello, and Zimmerman. Take a hike through Lake Maria State Park near Monticello or take the family to the beach on Ann Lake or Big Lake. Personally, I'm a big fan of ice fishing on Eagle Lake! Three great lakes all within a 10 minute drive! Tri level home: ground level has one bedroom, 3/4 bathroom & ping pong/game room; 8 stairs up is the living room, dining room and kitchen; 8 more steps up is three bedrooms and a full bathroom. Guest access Guests will be sent a code for a keyless entry upon check in. Other things to note Smoking outdoors only. Please do not smoke in the house or on the screened in porch. Dogs permitted, but please clean up after them. This is a tri-level home. Use of stairs is required for main living area, bedrooms, and laundry.
