Thoughtfully designed Newark stay featuring bohemian-minimalist décor, warm natural light, and pet-friendly comfort. The home includes a fully stocked kitchen and a private washer and dryer for longer or more convenient stays. Enjoy fast access to the Christiana Mall/ Fashion Blvd., University of Delaware, and dining. Located in a modest but quiet neighborhood that’s practical, central, and easy to navigate, with two dedicated parking spots directly in front of the home. The space The townhouse accommodates up to 6 guests with the following sleeping arrangements: • Master Bedroom: Relax in a standard queen bed with a headboard for added comfort and a convenient seating bench at the foot of the bed. This setup combines functionality with modern elegance. • Bedroom 2: Rest comfortably on a queen-sized bed set on a sturdy solid wood platform, designed with a minimalist style. The mattress provides the perfect blend of support and softness for a restful night’s sleep. • Bedroom 3: A Double twin pull-out daybed—great for lounging during the day and conveniently converted into two comfortable twin beds at night. We take extra measures to provide a safe stay, including protective mattress encasements and routine cleaning protocols. Parking: Two dedicated parking spots are conveniently located right in front of the townhouse. Gardens: Our property features a certified wildlife habitat and ecological gardens in both the front and back yards. The landscape is intentionally designed to support pollinators, birds, and beneficial insects, so it may look “wild” compared to a traditional manicured lawn — especially in the summer when everything is in full bloom. If you prefer a very tidy, manicured yard, please be aware this is a nature-friendly space that embraces biodiversity and seasonal growth. Other things to note The PET FEE covers additional cleaning and upkeep to ensure the space remains fresh for all guests. To make your pet’s stay as comfortable as possible, we provide: ~Small pet beds available in the coat closet ~Dog bowls for food and water ~Bum wipes for cleaning up after outdoor adventures ~Poo bags to help with clean-up during walks We’re happy to welcome your furry friends as long as they are house-trained and well-behaved! Please ensure they are supervised, and enjoy your stay! We are happy to accommodate an EARLY CHECK-IN and/or LATE CHECK-OUT if possible. This is subject to availability and comes with an additional fee to cover scheduling adjustments: • Early check-in (before 4 PM): $25 for up to 2 hours, $10 per additional hour • Late check-out (after 11 AM): $25 for up to 2 hours, $10 per additional hour Simply message us desired times so we can update the reservation and door code access! Please note: The left closet in the main bedroom is the owner’s closet. Guests are welcome to use the multiple dressers, as well as the full closet on the right side, which includes hangers and cubbies for shoes and belongings.
