Beautiful fully renovated apartment located in the center of the village, on the first floor of a townhouse, ideal for a pied-à-terre in Puisaye, to visit the surroundings, visit your loved ones, or a stopover on your way… Champignelles is a quiet village but you will find many small shops (bakery, bar-tobacconist, pharmacy, supermarket, grocery store, hairdresser, pizzeria….). Most of these shops are within walking distance. The space Located upstairs, you access it through a common hallway with the ground floor apartment. The property on the ground floor is occupied and we ask that you be careful not to be too noisy. The apartment consists of: - a large living room grouping living room, dining area, and equipped kitchen - a large bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a wardrobe and a dresser, a small table that can act as a dressing table or office - a smaller bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a large mirror and some small furniture - a bathroom with a shower, a sink and a small piece of furniture - a separate toilet An umbrella bed is available on site free of charge.
