Westbourne house room 4

This small but elegant single room has a full size desk (some of my office stuff in drawers). It has lovely views over garden. Very quiet fridge for guest use that can be turned off if guests prefer. Quiet boiler in room. It is part of my four story townhouse that a live in. I have four guest bedrooms. There is a shared bathroom is room next door. The guests can use the communal living room/dining room and kitchen between 10 pm and 7 am . I have a garden with a patio and a hot tub .
