The apartment, located on a recently restored building, is spread over three floors; furnished with care and equipped with every comfort, it is ideal for families or couples looking for the pleasure of living in a relaxing and reserved environment. Access is via an external staircase or directly from the garage, a large terrace and a paved courtyard are ideal for staying and dining outdoors or sunbathing in an exclusive environment. In the basement there is the bathroom of the living area and the laundry; on the ground floor, on two levels, the living room, the dining room and the kitchen; on the first floor the master bedroom with bathroom and terrace. The kitchen has a hob, fridge with freezer, electric oven, dishwasher, cookware, crockery, cutlery and accessories for eight people; in the living room there are two large sofas with table, TV with satellite decoder, DVD player and radio. A sofa can be converted into a double bed and a pouf in a single bed. A small table, chairs and plastic sun beds are available. The area, in the area of considerable environmental and landscape interest, is located a short distance from the lakes of Vedana and Mis and on the borders of the Dolomiti Bellunesi National Park, an ideal place for those seeking tranquility and relaxation.
