The space This home offers three first‑floor bedrooms conveniently located near the full bathroom, plus a newly opened second‑floor loft with a half bath. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and an adorable coffee bar to meet all your cooking needs. Unwind in the living room with comfortable seating, a smart TV, Wi‑Fi, and streaming services. Each bedroom includes cozy bedding and linens, ceiling fans, heating and air conditioning, and blackout shades. For restful nights we’ve added two sound machines - a gentle touch to help you sleep soundly in our lovingly restored historic home. Enjoy the fenced side yard for relaxing or fire up the grill on the back patio, perfect for BBQs and outdoor dining. Hickok Spirits & Eats Joe Snuffy's Rackets Tap House M&R Grill Brookville Restaurant Fuji Saddle & Spurs Parking includes a private lot behind the house for up to four vehicles, plus an additional space on 8th Street in front of the garage. Guest access Guests have full access to the home’s first and second floors, including the newly opened upstairs loft. The garage is not available for parking, but ample off‑street parking is provided. Other things to note Sleep comes easy here. We’ve added two sound machines for extra comfort and restful nights. Perfect for light sleepers or kiddos.
