In the heart of The University of Dayton! You’re half a block from the fabulous restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and shopping that Brown Street has to offer! The space With three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms there is plenty of space for all your fellow Flyers! Upon entering the home you will notice the living room and kitchen designed with a spacious open floor plan. The kitchen is stocked with any amenities you may need during your stay. There is counter top seating for three, plus a dining room table that seats four. Also, a half bathroom is located off the kitchen. Don’t forget the private backyard through the sliding doors, and the spacious grassy side yard! The second floor holds two bedrooms and a laundry room. The first bedroom includes two twin beds and a private bathroom with a full bath and shower. The second bedroom includes a two more twin beds with a private bathroom including a walk in shower. Both bedrooms have very large walk in closets and hangers for use during your stay. The third story loft has a twin bed, small closet, and access to the balcony for morning coffee or a nightcap!
