The space This cozy retreat house has full access to our completely furnished home including comfortable sleeping accommodations that sleep 4, also has spacious living area and fully equipped kitchen. This house also offers a fireplace, washer and dryer, microwave, fridge, iron, smart TV and Wi-Fi included in your stay. Other things to note house decorations Subject to chang. Only well behaved dogs allowed including service dogs. please do not leave your dog OR Service Dog by themselves, you will have to take them with you or leave them in a crate, that would be fine as well I don't charge for cleaning fee but just be considerate and clean after your pet. There is no fence so please don’t let your furry babies wander off by them selves due to there are some stickers in the front and back yard. do not use any of the guest towels on your dog. there will be a charge fee if there are damage to the house from guest or pet. If guest plan to stay longer then a 28 days, once a bi- weekly checkins and cleaning is required at no charge. For longer stays a deep cleaning fee will be required 150.00 after checking out.
